The Programming, Partnerships, and Facilities Plan will create a strategy to build awareness of Lake Ontario and its resources and history through programs and events, partnerships with local institutions, and facilities like interpretive signs or visitors centers. The plan will show how the sanctuary could support what people already love about Lake Ontario and suggest new opportunities to make it easier for everyone to visit the lake, learn about its rich cultural and local history, and enjoy the shore and waters.
